I'm so hungry today, besides my favourite Shihlin oyster mee sua, I decided to try out the Crispy Floss Egg Crepe, before the price goes up like the mee sua... A lightly panfried crepe, topped with a generous amount of crispy chicken floss, rolled up and cut to bite-sized pieces before served. The accompanying sauce enhances its taste... yummy yummy! I feel like I'm eating a crispy roti telur with chicken floss ^.^Labels: Food, Mad thoughts, Shihlin
