I can't resist the temptation of the Starbucks Breakfast Sandwich, the promotion is going to end tomorrow...

I chose the toasted Ciabatta bread with Sausage, Egg and Cheese but they gave me the Mushroom, Tomato and Cheese, it tastes good so I don't mind ^.^

Selling at RM4.50, you can get a cup of Tall Size (12oz) Freshly Brewed Coffee...

Pancake time again... all I need is the Pillsbury Pancake Mix and a box of milk. Easy to make and it tastes good. Believe me, it's so good until a house rat almost finished up the whole box!

I just need to mix a packet of the pancake mix (there are 2 in a box) with 240ml of milk. Stir until mixture is smooth and free from lumps.

Heat a little bit of margarine in a small non-stick frying pan. When pan is just hot, pour a ladle of batter to thinly cover bottom of pan. Tilt the pan to swirl the batter around evenly. Cook until the upper half of the pancake starts to dry. Flip over and cook the other side. Remove pancake onto a plate and Ta-da! It's done... continue with the remaining batter then stack up the pancakes on a plate.

Serve with butter and maple syrup/honey/jam or even ice-cream and chocolate sauce...

I saw it in a newspaper advertisement... so I drag my colleague along to McDonalds during lunch time... not fair, I get one, he gets two! I'm not handsome enough??!! Hehehe, I think it's because he looks underweight, so he should eat double...

Kept the voucher in my wallet for more than a week, finally claim it this morning... wow, it's quite salty for me and it's quite heavy, 370 calories each :p

I'm so hungry today, besides my favourite Shihlin oyster mee sua, I decided to try out the Crispy Floss Egg Crepe, before the price goes up like the mee sua... A lightly panfried crepe, topped with a generous amount of crispy chicken floss, rolled up and cut to bite-sized pieces before served. The accompanying sauce enhances its taste... yummy yummy! I feel like I'm eating a crispy roti telur with chicken floss ^.^

Went for this movie in a rush, I have less than 15 minutes for my dinner, just because of the Macau Pork Fillet Burger, and I only have half of it :p

Okay, back to the movie... Inspired by a true story, this is about a British journalist George Hogg who smuggles himself into pre-WWII Nanjing and witnessed the atrocities of the invading Japanese army. Almost beheaded, Chen Hansheng or Jack, a communist came to his rescue, also to give us some brief history lessons on the uneasy alliance between the Communists and Nationalists ^.^

Upon the suggestion of Lee Pearson, the nurse, Hogg went to Huangshi and was given the daunting task of taking care of a group of 60 psychologically shattered war orphans. To protect the children from the advancing Japanese, he tried to bring the 60 orphans to a place where no war has been gone through, leading them on an extraordinary journey across hundreds of miles of treacherous terrain, through snow-covered mountains and an unforgiving desert.

This is a very subtle movie dabbling on heavy and emotional themes, about the courage to lead on one’s life, and enduring even in the most atrocious state... It is not one that has a lot of bombing and fighting, although I wish for such scenes. The sadness and emotional thoughts only lingers on after one finished watching the movie.

I think I've spend too much money recently, on cosmetics, skincare products, shoes, clothes, etc. etc. so I took the Are you a shopaholic? quiz and I'm glad that I'm not!

Here's my result:-

Whilst you do enjoy the odd scout round the stores and have been known to get those cash registers ringing in your time, you steer clear of frivolous, unnecessary purchases and don’t have to go cold turkey if you’re away from the shops a while.

Maybe I'm just like any other girls--growing numbers of shoes and handbags, also have a wardrobe crammed full of clothes but still nothing to wear...

I just ordered these bags online, thru a colleague and am waiting anxiously :p

It's about 1.30a.m. when my bro shouted "A snake!!!". The baby snake slither away and quickly hides behind a piece of brick when they sense human presence. We thought it was gone until my bro use the water hose and spray the brick, it slowly crawls out to escape... it's more than a feet long but tiny, looks like a rat snake to me...

It's a sign of good fortune, it means something or someone important is coming into your life... but who dare to welcome such creature into the house??? Ooppss sorry :p

Daruma dolls are a representation of Bodhidharma, the father of Zen in Japan. He is said to have lost the use of his legs after meditating so long. Daruma dolls are weighted at the bottom so no matter how many times you push them over, they bounce right back, like Weebles - symbolizing optimism and the never say die spirit.

Who doesn't love cheese?? Me and a few colleagues share a box of fluffy Uhu! hu! Cheesecakes today and the melt in the mouth experience is so unforgettable! The Loaf is having a promotion from 1st to 15th April. At normal price, it will cost RM5 each but now it's only RM25 for 6 and you can choose from over 18 flavor... the more you buy, the more you can save :p

I selected the Berries Ensemble and it taste good! A little bit like yogurt cheese tart ^.^

I tasted a few different flavor too e.g. Kiwi Surprise, Luxurious Chocolate, Blueberry Tressure... and they're all good!

Too much craving this week, it's time to work out on my fitball and sweat it out :p
