Everyone would like to benefit from exercise, tone the body, burn those calories, but strenuous exercises just aren't for everyone!
Recently there's been a pole dancing fever, don't get me wrong... no stripping involved! Pole dancing has caught on as a new and increasingly popular form of exercise, focus placed on the athleticism and artistry of the performer rather than on pure sex appeal. Sounds good, but then again, not everyone has a dance pole in the house!
There's always a better way. Imagine having a sexy, slender, fabulous body without ever having to do another boring, tedious workout again! You can use a chair to get your heart pumping too.

Bedroom is our ultimate inner sanctum. We spend between a quarter and a third of our lives in the bedroom, re-charging our batteries in an environment that needs to be safe, secure and intimate.
Here are some tips:-
The foot of the bed should never face the doorway.
Keep the area under your bed as clear as possible.
Don't place your headboard on the same wall as the incoming door to your bedroom.
Create a clear entry way to your bedroom.
The head of the bed should be placed against a wall. In fact, if possible, the bed should be against a wall that doesn't have a window.
Television, computers, exercise gear or a workspace in your bedroom are thought to distract you from rest, symbolize wakefulness and take up energy.
Open the windows often or use a good quality air-purifier to keep the air fresh and full of oxygen.
Keep all the bedroom doors closed at night, be it the closet doors, the en-suite bathroom door or the bedroom door. This will allow for the best and most nourishing flow of energy to strengthen your health, as well as the health of your relationship.
Ceiling beams above the bed are a feng shui nightmare.
Make sure all bedside tables have rounded edges and not square to prevent cutting chi being focused towards the occupants.
Don't have a mirror directly opposite the door, the window or facing the bed.
Place your alarm clock as far as possible -- away from your bed.
Place a low nightstand or low table to the right of the bed.
It's hard to find nice deep-fried taro puffs, one of my favourite dim sum delight. Mum bought this from a kopitiam nearby and walla! crispy lacy outer coating with the mushy taro filling of minced pork, scallions, and mushrooms... absolutely delicious!
Serve it chill with a little bit of diluted honey syrup. When the herbal jelly is consumed regularly, it helps to prevent heatiness in body. In addition, it helps to revitalize and improves the digestion and immune system of the body. It keeps pimple away but the price is getting higher and higher =.=!
Finally, it comes to the end of my 4 days weekend break. Went to Carl's Junior with mummy and bro for dinner. I picked the Portebello Mushroom at RM18. The sandwich features a charbroiled, Black Angus beef patty, Portobello mushrooms that have been sliced and sauteed with garlic and parsley, and Swiss cheese, topped with red onion, tomato and lettuce. I add in some pickles too! It tastes similar to Burger King Mushroom Swiss but a bigger version with premium quality mushrooms :p
