Today egg tarts come in many variations... ranging from Portuguese-style egg tarts, milk tarts, honey-egg tarts, ginger-flavoured egg tarts, etc etc... and now the luxurious bird's nest egg tarts... Super yummy when it's warm and straight out of the oven!!!
