Nothing much to do so I chose to watch "My Blueberry Nights", an English movie directed by Wong Kar-wei. A romantic story about how Elizabeth met a soulful new friend; Jeremy, a cafe owner after a rough break-up. Then she sets out on a journey across America, leaving behind a life of memories, a dream while in search of something to mend her broken heart.
After 90 minutes, which pass pleasantly enough, with swirly, mood-saturated colors; lovely faces; and nice music, I feel a bit logy— filled up, sugar-addled.Labels: Mad thoughts, Review
