Sometimes I do go for social drinking i.e. casual collateral drinking, usually WITHOUT the intent to get drunk, just to relax... but it's hard to know when the thin line to alcoholism is crossed. Have you ever wondered how much is too much drinking?
According to a new study, moderate consumption of beer has more health benefits than red wine. Beer in moderation can deliver protection against heart attacks, stroke, hypertension, diabetes and dementia, also reducing osteoporosis...
Whoa! That's a good news for drinkers... but please get rid of unhealthy habits like binge drinking, snacking and smoking!
Moderation means one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men. One drink is equivalent to twelve ounces of beer.
Remember... alcohol can cause addiction, hangovers, vomiting, having unwanted sexual encounters and starting fights or arguments and other mental and psychological consequences. Daily drinking contributes to liver disease... don't risk your LIFE!
